Organizational Relationships

Works Closely With: Wealth Management Business, Product Team, Research, Sales, Digital Marketing, Operations, Technology, Creative Agencies and External Partners.

Qualification

• PG/ MBA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent Postgraduate qualification.

Role Purpose

Lead the marketing function for the Wealth Management business by developing integrated marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, strengthen client engagement, support business growth, and position the organization as a trusted wealth advisory partner. The role will drive product marketing, client communication, investor engagement, strategic partnerships, events, and digital initiatives while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Marketing

• Develop and execute the annual marketing strategy aligned with the Wealth Management business objectives.
• Build differentiated positioning for the Wealth Management business across HNI and UHNI customer segments.
• Drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement initiatives.





Product Marketing

• Lead end-to-end marketing for investment products including Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Bonds, Structured Products, Insurance and Wealth Advisory solutions.
• Plan product launch campaigns from concept to execution.
• Create product communication, campaign messaging, brochures, presentations and sales enablement material.

Client & Partner Engagement

• Design and execute client engagement initiatives including investor meets, webinars, knowledge sessions and exclusive HNI events.
• Build marketing programs to strengthen engagement with relationship managers, channel partners and key clients.
• Develop marketing initiatives that improve client acquisition and retention.

Event Management

• Lead planning and execution of investor awareness programs, wealth forums, partner events and leadership conferences across India.
