Role Description The Associate Vice President – Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site leadership role based in Andhra Pradesh, India.



This position is responsible for overseeing branch operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and driving business growth across retail, SME, and corporate banking products. Day-to-day tasks include managing branch staff, setting and monitoring performance targets, developing local business strategies, and enhancing customer experience through service excellence and relationship management. The role also involves reviewing and approving key transactions, managing risk and audit requirements, and coordinating with regional and head office teams on sales campaigns, process improvements, and digital adoption.
