Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back End Developer role based in the Greater Nagpur Area. The Back End Developer will design, develop, and maintain server-side applications and APIs that power Novexa’s digital insurance platforms.



Responsibilities include building scalable and secure backend services, integrating with third-party systems, optimizing database performance, and ensuring data integrity. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, product owners, and business teams to translate requirements into robust technical solutions. The developer will also participate in code reviews, troubleshoot production issues, implement best practices for performance and security, and contribute to continuous improvement of the technology stack.
