Travel Requirement: Must be willing to travel up to 3 hours daily for student counseling, college and university visits, and admission-related activities.

• Counsel prospective students, parents, and working professionals on suitable courses and career pathways
• Manage the complete admission cycle,
from initial enquiry to successful enrollment
• Consistently meet weekly and monthly admission and enrollment targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date student and lead records in the CRM system
• Conduct regular, structured follow-ups with prospective students to support conversion
• Coordinate closely with academic and marketing teams to ensure alignment with ongoing campaigns
• Deliver a qualified and consistent experience to every student and parent interaction

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline
• ?????????: Prior experience in the education sector, specifically in counseling college students, university students, and working professionals
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
