At Mandap Martini, we create seamless and memorable wedding experiences. We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive professional to join our Wedding Hospitality Team and ensure a smooth, personalised experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage guest RSVPs, confirmations, and follow-up calls.
• Coordinate guest communication, travel details, and arrival schedules.
• Oversee room allocations, check-ins, room readiness, and guest requirements.
• Coordinate airport transfers, transportation, and guest movement.
• Liaise with hotels, vendors, and the internal planning team.
• Manage guest lists, hospitality desks,



and on-ground guest assistance during wedding events.
• Ensure seamless coordination and resolve guest concerns promptly.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and coordination abilities.
• Attention to detail and a guest-first approach.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced setting.
• Flexibility to travel and work on-ground during wedding events.
