Role Description The Area Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Nagpur, responsible for driving sales growth and managing business operations within an assigned territory.



Daily responsibilities include identifying and onboarding new distributors and dealers, maintaining strong relationships with existing channel partners, and regularly visiting customers to understand requirements and promote suitable products. The role involves meeting sales targets, tracking market trends, monitoring competitor activities, and preparing accurate sales forecasts and reports. The Area Sales Manager will collaborate closely with the marketing, logistics, and production teams to ensure timely deliveries, effective promotions, and high service standards. The role also includes organizing field visits, product demonstrations, and participating in trade events to strengthen brand presence.
