Role Description
The Senior Admissions Counselor is a full time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for driving enrolment growth for Medigrad’s fellowship programs. This role includes managing inbound and outbound calls, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into enrolled learners.



The Senior Admissions Counselor will oversee lead pipelines, maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing learners, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the admissions process. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with marketing and academic teams, tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and implementing strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
The role also involves mentoring inside sales representatives and promoting a disciplined, learner-centric sales culture.

Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales and Sales skills, including experience with consultative selling and closing enrollment or subscription-based offerings.
• Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, with the ability to manage pipelines, qualify prospects, and follow up effectively across multiple channels.
• Candidates should possess Customer Satisfaction and Account Managemen
