Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and skilled Technical Trainer with strong expertise in programming, Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA), Java, and Python. The ideal candidate should have excellent technical knowledge, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills, with the ability to train students and aspiring software developers in programming fundamentals, coding techniques, and interview preparation.
The candidate will be responsible for delivering interactive training sessions, designing practical coding exercises, mentoring learners, and preparing students for technical interviews and software development careers.

Key Responsibilities• Deliver engaging training sessions on programming fundamentals, Java, Python, and Data Structures & Algorithms.
• Teach core programming concepts, including variables, data types, operators, loops, conditional statements, functions, and recursion.
• Explain object-oriented programming (OOP)



concepts such as encapsulation, inheritance, polymorphism, and abstraction.
• Train students in DSA topics, including arrays, strings, linked lists, stacks, queues, trees, graphs, hashing, sorting, searching, and energetic programming.
• Teach algorithm design, time complexity, space complexity, and Big-O notation.
• Develop coding assignments, practice problems, assessments, quizzes, and real-time programming exercises.
• Conduct hands-on coding sessions using Java and Python.
• Prepare students for coding assessments, technical interviews, and campus placement drives.
• Guide learners in competitive programming and problem-solving techniques.
• Evaluate student performance, provide constructive feedback, and track learning progress.
