About the Role
Global Consulting (GC) is looking for HR Interns / Junior HR Associates to join our Human Resources and Administration team.
We are seeking smart, confident, organised and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in building a career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, HR Generalist Operations and Administration.
The selected candidates will be actively involved in the complete recruitment lifecycle,



including screening resumes, interviewing candidates, coordinating selection processes, onboarding new employees and managing day-to-day HR and administrative activities.
This is a hands-on opportunity for freshers and candidates with up to one year of experience to gain practical exposure to multiple HR functions.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and other recruitment channels. • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. • Conduct initial HR screening interviews, including telephonic, video and face-to-face interviews. • Assess candidates' communication skills, qualifications, experience and suitability. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers. • Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers and interview records. • Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the hiring
