Role Objective
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting private-sector business opportunities across Madhya Pradesh for Security Services, Housekeeping, Facility Management, and Manpower Outsourcing.
The role will focus on building a solid sales pipeline, developing relationships with decision-makers, conducting client meetings, pitching solutions, following up on opportunities, and closing profitable business.
Key Responsibilities
• Research and identify potential private-sector clients across Madhya Pradesh.
• Generate new leads through market research, references, networking, calling, field visits, and industry contacts.
• Identify key decision-makers including Admin Heads, HR Heads, Facility Managers, Security Heads, Plant Heads, Procurement Heads, and senior management.




• Make cold calls and warm calls to prospective clients.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings.
• Visit factories, industrial units, warehouses, hospitals, corporate offices, educational institutions, hotels, malls, and other potential client locations.
• Understand client requirements for Security Guards, Housekeeping Staff, Facility Support, and General Manpower.
• Pitch the company’s services and value proposition professionally.
• Coordinate site surveys and requirement assessments.
• Prepare and coordinate commercial and technical proposals with the internal team.
• Follow up on submitted proposals and active opportunities.
• Handle client objections and support commercial negotiations.
• Work towards closing new business and achieving manpower deployment targets.
• Maintain and regularly update the sales pipeline / CRM.
