Roles and Responsibilities

We’re looking for an experienced IT Support Engineer to take ownership of L2/L3 technical support in a macOS-first, cloud-based enterprise environment, with a strong focus on endpoint management, enterprise SaaS applications, identity management, integrations, and AI-enabled systems.

• Provide L2/L3 support for macOS devices,



including troubleshooting OS issues, application installations, encryption, certificates, Keychain, permissions, and device performance.
• Administer Apple devices using Jamf Pro or an equivalent Apple-focused MDM platform, including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Manage Google Workspace administration, including Gmail, Drive, Groups, Calendar, Meet, user accounts, licenses, and access policies.
• Administer identity and access management using Okta or a comparable cloud identity platform, including SSO, MFA, SAML, OAuth, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, access reviews, and joiner-mover-leaver processes.
• Support enterprise SaaS applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Snowflake, Workday, Zendesk, HubSpot, Workato, Jira, Confluence, Slack, GitHub, GitLab, and Bitbucket.
