As PEMS (Production Setting Monitoring System) developer you will design, develop and support solutions on the LabVantage LIMS platform for QC laboratory operations and the PEMS system. You will build features and interfaces, resolve complex application issues and contribute to reliable releases in a regulated GxP environment. By combining strong technical delivery with close business collaboration, you will help improve system functionality, data integrity and the day-to-day experience of laboratory users.

What You'll Bring

You are a hands-on developer who takes ownership, learns independently and works effectively across technical and business teams. You will bring:

• A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or an equivalent discipline.
• 4-6 years of software development experience using Java and database technologies, including application development, configuration and troubleshooting.
• Strong development skills in Core Java, JavaScript, JSP, REST APIs,



Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience debugging application issues, performing root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.
• Experience authoring and reviewing FDS, TDS, API documents, risk assessments and test documentation.
• Strong stakeholder management, verbal and written communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
• A proactive, self-driven approach with ownership, collaboration, knowledge sharing and the ability to work within defined processes and deadlines.

Useful, But Not Essential

• Experience with hands on PEMS development in the Lab Vantage ecosystem is a plus
• Experience operating and maintaining a GxP or business-critical IT system is a plus
