About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and organised Sales & Outreach Executive to support a healthcare company's sales and business development activities. The role involves researching potential clients, making outbound calls, sending emails, managing online outreach, and publishing content according to provided instructions.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable communicating professionally, following structured processes, and working during US business hours.
Key Responsibilities• Outbound Calling: Contact potential clients and prospects, introduce the company's services, follow up on leads, and help generate sales opportunities.
• Email Outreach: Draft and send professional emails, follow up with prospects, and maintain communication records.
• Lead Research: Research potential customers, businesses, decision-makers, and relevant market opportunities.
• Social Media & Content Posting: Publish posts, updates, and other content according to provided instructions,



schedules, and brand guidelines.
• Lead Management: Maintain prospect databases, update spreadsheets or CRM records, and track follow-ups.
• Sales Support: Assist with appointment setting, prospect qualification, and other day-to-day business development tasks.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates on calls made, emails sent, leads researched, follow-ups completed, and progress against assigned targets.
• Process Compliance: Follow company guidelines when communicating with prospects and handling business information.
