Role Description The Personal Assistant to Director is a full time remote role responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and organizational support to the Director of Barraid. Day-to-day tasks include managing the Director’s calendar, scheduling meetings, coordinating calls, and organizing virtual appointments. The role involves handling emails and correspondence, preparing basic documents and reports, maintaining records, and tracking follow-ups.



The Personal Assistant will support travel planning when required, assist with project coordination, and ensure that the Director’s priorities and tasks are managed efficiently. This position requires proactive communication, confidentiality, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
