Role Description The User Experience Designer will be responsible for designing intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences for web and mobile products across multiple domains. In this full time remote role, the designer will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interfaces. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research, mapping user journeys, running design workshops, and iterating on concepts based on qualitative and quantitative feedback.





Qualifications
• Ability to apply Design Thinking and User Experience (UX) principles to solve complex product and interaction challenges.
• Strong User Research skills, including planning studies, conducting interviews or usability tests, and synthesizing insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficiency in Visual Design for digital products, with a focus on layout, typography, color, and component-based design systems.
• Experience with Prototyping, from low-fidelity wireframes to interactive high-fidelity prototypes, using modern design and collaboration tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
• Experience working in cross-functional agile teams and communicating design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX work across multiple products or platforms.
