About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated fresher to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive. The candidate will be responsible for recruitment and hiring for our restaurant’s service and production teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct cold calling and coordinate interviews.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job opportunities.
• Coordinate with restaurant managers to fulfill hiring requirements.
• Assist with salary negotiations and offer letter releases.
• Follow up with candidates and support the recruitment process.

Eligibility Criteria
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Human Resource Management, Hotel Management, or a relevant field.
• 2025-2026 pass-out candidates are welcome to apply.
• Positive communication and coordination skills.
• Interest in recruitment and the hospitality industry.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
