Sorted Branding is looking for a Business Development Executive who can identify opportunities, build relationships and turn conversations into business.
We work across brand strategy, identity, packaging, websites and SEO. You’ll work closely with the founder to bring in recent clients and grow existing accounts.
What you’ll do
• Identify and approach potential clients through LinkedIn, email, calls, referrals and networking.
• Conduct qualification calls to understand client requirements, budgets, timelines and decision-making.
• Schedule and participate in client meetings, present our capabilities and move opportunities towards closure.
• Coordinate proposals, commercials and follow-ups with the internal team.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships and opportunities to expand existing accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospects and clients, encouraging repeat business and referrals.




• Keep the CRM updated with conversations, next steps and deal progress.
• Coordinate a clear handover to the delivery team once a project is confirmed.
• Work towards agreed targets for qualified meetings, conversions and revenue.

What we’re looking for
• Experience in business development or sales, preferably within a branding, creative, digital or marketing agency.
• Strong written and spoken communication, with confidence in client conversations and presentations.
• Ability to understand a business requirement and recommend relevant services.
• Consistent follow-through, good organisation and ownership of the sales pipeline.
• Experience taking opportunities from initial outreach through negotiation and closure.
