Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role based in Gurugram. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify leads, build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients, and guide them through property selection and decision-making. Responsibilities include conducting site visits, presenting property options,



explaining market trends, and supporting clients with documentation and transaction processes. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners, maintaining accurate sales records, and meeting sales targets while upholding a consultative, client-first approach.
Qualifications

• Robust sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to close deals ethically and effectively.
• Client relationship management and customer service skills, with a consultative and trust-building approach.
• Knowledge of real estate markets, preferably Delhi-NCR, including residential, commercial, and investment properties.
• Ability to conduct property presentations, site visits, and clear communication of features, benefits, and risks.
• Basic understanding of real estate documentation, transaction processes, and regulatory considerations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
