FluentlySaid is an AI roleplay platform where sales and Customer Success teams rehearse real, high-stakes conversations and get sharp feedback, so they walk into the real call ready.
We’re a small founder-led team. You’ll work directly with the founders, and your work will shape how we sell.

The role
• You’ll own top-of-funnel and early-stage selling: finding Sales and Customer Success leaders, starting conversations, running demos, and moving deals forward. This is not a “make 200 cold calls and disappear” internship. You’ll be in the room for strategy, messaging, and closing.

What you’ll do
• Build target lists of SaaS companies and their buyers (VPs of Sales, Heads of Sales Enablement, VPs of CS, CS Ops)
• Run outbound across LinkedIn, email, and calls, and write messaging that gets replies
• Qualify inbound leads and book demos
• Run product demos and pilots with the founders’ support




• Track pipeline hygiene and report weekly on what’s working and what isn’t
• Feed customer objections and insights back to the product team (we listen)

Must have
• Prior sales experience at a SaaS company or product startup. This is non-negotiable (SDR, BDR, AE, inside sales, or growth roles all count)
• Proven comfort with outbound: cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, calls
• Sharp written and spoken communication
• Ability to handle objections without flinching
• Self-starter energy: you don’t wait for a playbook, you help write one

Nice to have
• Experience selling to Sales Enablement, Customer Success, or L&D; teams
• Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Curiosity about AI products
