Key Responsibilities
As an HR Intern, you will gain hands-on experience across core HR functions while working closely with experienced HR professionals.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Screening resumes and identifying suitable candidates.
• Scheduling and coordinating interviews.
• Maintaining candidate and employee records.
• Assisting with onboarding and documentation.
• Supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative activities.
• Helping communicate HR policies and employee-related information.
• Assisting with employee engagement initiatives.
• Supporting benefits-related queries under the guidance of the HR team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Basic understanding of Human Resources and HR practices.
• Knowledge of HR policies, recruitment, and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work full-time from our Ahmedabad office.
