Event U Rox is a Bengaluru-based experiential event management and marketing agency. We’ve delivered 3,500+ events across India for Fortune 500 and growth-stage brands. We move quick, we experiment, and we give people room to own their ideas.

The Role
We need someone who lives on social media and knows what’s working right now, not last year. You’ll run EUR’s social presence from end to end: planning, creating, posting, engaging, and reporting. You’ll also turn live events into content while they’re happening, and keep our website fresh and current. You’ll be the first person who spots a trend, and you’ll make it ours.

What You’ll Own

Full social media strategy and calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms
Short-form video and reels: concepting, scripting, shooting, and editing (or directing edits)
Trend research: spotting formats, sounds, and conversations early and adapting them to EUR’s voice
Live event coverage: real-time posts, stories, and reels from on-ground activations




Community management: replies, DMs, comments, and building genuine engagement
Website updates: keeping pages, case studies, and event listings current and on-brand
Performance tracking: reach, engagement, follower growth, and what to double down on

What We’re Looking For

• 4–5 years of hands-on social media experience, ideally in an agency, brand, or creator-led environment.
• A portfolio or live accounts that show results, not just posting volume.
• Strong grasp of current trends, formats, and platform culture, especially on Instagram and short-form video.
• Comfortable with editing tools (CapCut, Canva, or Adobe apps) and quick turnaround.
• Some hands-on experience updating a website or CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
• Confident, clear writing voice that works for both playful and professional brand contexts
• Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable being on camera or on the ground at events
