Role Overview:
Coforge is seeking to appoint a Salesforce Delivery Leader to lead end-to-end delivery, operational excellence and growth across our Salesforce portfolio This is a high-impact leadership role requiring deep Salesforce ecosystem expertise, strong P&L; ownership and experience leading large-scale global delivery organizations
The role will lead a 700+ member Salesforce organization with accountability for a sizeable multi-million-dollar P&L;, bringing together delivery excellence, customer success, commercial performance, capability building and people leadership

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead a global organization of 700+ Salesforce professionals across implementation, transformation, managed services and support
• Own and manage a sizeable multi-million-dollar P&L; with accountability for revenue growth, profitability, delivery excellence, customer satisfaction and operational performance
• Drive delivery excellence across complex Salesforce programs ensuring strong governance across quality, timelines, budgets, risks and customer outcomes
• Serve as the executive escalation point for strategic customers and internal stakeholders across critical delivery and service matters
• Own workforce planning, utilization, capacity management, hiring, performance management and succession planning across the
