Duties & Responsibilities

• Act as the trusted IT advisor and primary point of contact for business stakeholders.

• Partner with local leadership teams to understand business priorities and translate them into effective IT solutions.

• Represent IT within the local management team and collaborate closely with regional and global IT leaders.

• Help ensure the availability, security, and performance of the local IT environment.

• Work closely with global, regional, and external service providers to continuously improve IT services.

• Support incident management, crisis response, business continuity planning, and disaster recovery initiatives.

• Ensure local IT systems and processes comply with legal, regulatory, and company requirements.
