Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, engagement, and HR operations. The role involves interacting with employees across levels, addressing workplace concerns, managing HR initiatives, and independently planning and executing employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder coordination, background verification, offers, and onboarding.
• Employee Relations: Conduct employee discussions, address queries and concerns, manage grievances, gather employee feedback, and support conflict resolution.
• Employee Engagement: Independently plan and execute engagement events, celebrations, recognition programs, team activities, and employee communication initiatives.
• POSH & Workplace Culture: Support POSH awareness initiatives, manage workplace concerns sensitively, coordinate complaint-handling processes,



and maintain confidentiality in line with applicable policies.
• HR Operations: Manage employee lifecycle activities, including confirmations, attendance, transfers, promotions, exits, documentation, and full-and-final settlements.
• Performance & Development: Coordinate performance appraisals, feedback discussions, training programs, and employee development initiatives.
• HR Administration & Compliance: Maintain employee records and HRMS data, coordinate payroll inputs, prepare HR reports, and support labour law compliance and policy implementation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 2–5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in IT/ITeS, Post Production, or a fast-paced work environment.
