Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in technical recruitment, preferably within an engineering design services, manufacturing, or technical consulting company.

Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
• Handle end-to-end recruitment for engineering and non-engineering positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews.
• Recruit Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Piping, Switchgear, and Control Engineering professionals based on business requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers and technical teams to close positions within timelines.

2. Employee On boarding & HR Operations




• Manage joining formalities, documentation, offer letters, and appointment letters.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR databases.
• Coordinate payroll inputs, employee reimbursements, and statutory documentation.
• Track probation periods, employee confirmations, and exit formalities.

3. Employee Engagement & Performance Management
• Support employee engagement, retention, and internal communication initiatives.
• Coordinate performance reviews and employee feedback.
• Address employee queries and support the resolution of workplace concerns.
• Monitor employee attendance, leave plans, and adherence to company policies.

4. HR Policies & Compliance
• Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
• Support compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Maintain HR documentation, confidentiality, and employee records.
• Assist management
