ROLE SUMMARY
We are looking for a proactive, personable Customer Support & Success Executive to own the end-to-end client experience across our buildings. You will be the primary point of contact for tenants resolving queries, coordinating with internal teams to close tickets,
building genuine relationships through regular in-person check-ins, and ensuring a smooth journey from onboarding to renewal. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys people, thrives on follow-through, and takes ownership of outcomes rather than just tasks.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Support & Query Resolution
• Serve as the first point of contact for all client queries received via call, text, and other channels.
• Log and raise support tickets accurately for every issue reported, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
• Follow up proactively with the concerned point of contact (facilities, housekeeping, finance, tech, etc.) until each
ticket is resolved and closed to the client's satisfaction.
• Track ticket ageing and escalate delays to the appropriate internal stakeholder before they become client-facing
issues.
• Sharing a daily summary of tickets with the team.
