Role Description The Branch Sales Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Indore, responsible for leading branch sales activities and driving business growth.



This position oversees the achievement of sales targets for retail banking products, including accounts, deposits, loans, and cross-selling of third-party products, while ensuring a high standard of customer service. The Branch Sales Manager manages and mentors the branch sales team, sets performance goals, and conducts regular reviews to improve productivity and effectiveness. Daily responsibilities include monitoring branch performance metrics, identifying local market opportunities, implementing sales campaigns, and coordinating with product, operations, and marketing teams. The role also involves maintaining compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines, resolving escalated customer issues, and representing the branch in local market initiatives and relationship-building activities.
