Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, HR reports, SAP SuccessFactors Story Reports, and Excel-based analytical models that support operational and strategic decision-making
• Build and maintain Power BI semantic data models, including Power Query transformations, relationships,
DAX measures, validation controls, dashboard logic, and performance-aware report structures
• Translate business requirements into clear reporting specifications, metric definitions, data logic, dashboard designs, and actionable analytical outputs
• Validate and reconcile HR data across source systems and reporting outputs, investigate discrepancies, and support consistent data quality controls
• Analyze workforce, organization, compensation, payroll, and other HR data to identify trends and explain findings in clear business language
• Support recurring reporting cycles, statutory and compliance reporting, audit requests, and global HR processes through accurate and timely reporting deliverables
• Collaborate with HR stakeholders, HRIT, IT/data teams, and external providers on report development, source-system logic, integrations, and issue resolution
