Role Description The HR Manager role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee engagement. The HR Manager will develop and implement HR policies,



support workforce planning, and ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards. Daily activities include coordinating hiring processes with department leaders, managing HR documentation, resolving employee concerns, and maintaining accurate HR records and reports. The role also involves conducting training and development initiatives, supporting organizational culture, and partnering with leadership to align HR practices with business goals.
