Job OverviewViable Outsource Solution is looking for motivated, detail-oriented, and skilled Legal Assistants to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in litigation or corporate law, along with strong legal drafting, research, and communication skills.
This role offers an opportunity to work on international legal matters involving jurisdictions such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, and Canada. The selected candidate will assist attorneys with legal documentation, research, pre-litigation processes, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions, discovery documents, complaints, responses,



and other litigation-related documents.
• Conduct legal research and assist in preparing trial documents and case-related materials.
• Initiate, coordinate, and manage pre-litigation processes.
• Draft, review, and vet legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable requirements.
• Assist with legal matters involving the United States, the United Kingdom, Europe, Canada, and other international jurisdictions.
• Maintain legal calendars, schedule appointments, and track significant deadlines.
• Provide paralegal and administrative support to attorneys.
• Coordinate with clients and maintain effective skilled communication.
• Organize and maintain legal records, case files, and documentation.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
