Role Description:
We are currently in search of a highly skilled and friendly Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, your focus will be to engage and assist our clients when they encounter hindrances while using InsuredMine. Your responsibilities will include account management, growth and retention of assigned Book of Business, cross-functional collaboration, and most importantly being the voice of clients at InsuredMine. Excellent communication skill is a must for this position, as we highly value our clients' trust and want to ensure they have the best possible experience. It would be beneficial for you to have familiarity with help desk software, as it will aid you in effectively addressing and resolving client issues.
Responsibilities:
• Onboard and train customers effectively on the platform, ensuring a smooth transition
• Act as the primary point of contact for client accounts during night shift hours
• Build strong client relationships to drive retention, renewals,
and account growth
• Monitor customer health metrics and KPIs, proactively addressing risks
• Gather customer feedback and collaborate with product/tech teams for improvements
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Support, Product) to ensure seamless service delivery
• Provide timely support and resolution to client queries in a fast-paced setting
What are we looking for :
• 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Client Servicing, or a similar role
• Willingness to work in night shifts (US/International client support)
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Hands-on experience with CRM or help desk tools
• Strong ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritise tasks
• Insurance domain knowledge is an added advantage
