Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor of Management based at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar I. The Assistant Professor will design and deliver undergraduate and postgraduate courses in management, ensuring alignment with institutional standards and current industry practices.



Daily responsibilities include preparing and updating course materials, conducting lectures and interactive sessions, evaluating student performance through assignments and examinations, and providing academic mentoring and guidance. The role also involves engaging in research, publishing scholarly work, participating in curriculum development, contributing to departmental activities, and supporting accreditation and quality assurance processes. Collaboration with colleagues, participation in academic events, and involvement in outreach or consultancy projects are expected as part of the academic responsibilities.
