Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales Executive who can take end-to-end ownership of sales operations . This role requires prior edtech sales exposure and the ability to engage confidently with international parents, manage the sales funnel, and drive enrolments.

Work Schedule (Important)
Regular Shift Duration: 10.5 hours
Shift Window: Any time between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM IST
Candidates must be comfortable with flexible shifts within this window based on business needs

Note: There are typically 3 high-demand months in a calendar year, during which shift timings may change and you may be requested to stretch working hours based on business requirements

Key Responsibilities




• Manage the complete sales cycle from first contact to conversion
• Engage with international parents and students and understand their academic needs
• Recommend suitable tutoring programs aligned with global curricula
• Drive follow-ups, closures, and enrolment confirmations
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding after conversion
• Maintain accurate sales data and reports on internal systems

What We’re Looking For
• Excellent English communication skills (mandatory)
• Minimum 1 year of experience in the edtech sector (mandatory)
• Prior exposure to sales or admissions counselling in edtech
• International market experience preferred
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to manage an international market independently
• Comfortable working remotely and handling global customers
