Role Description The Area Manager is a full time on-site role in various locations across Karnataka, responsible for overseeing branch operations and business performance within an assigned territory. The role involves managing and guiding branch teams, monitoring loan sourcing and portfolio quality, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.



The Area Manager will track sales targets, supervise customer onboarding and documentation, and support timely collection to maintain healthy asset quality. Daily responsibilities include market visits, stakeholder relationship management, performance reviews, and reporting key metrics to regional leadership for continuous improvement.
