Salary: ₹30,000–₹40,000/month + Food + Performance Incentives

Responsibilities
•⁠ ⁠Handle leads, calls, counselling and follow-ups.
•⁠ ⁠Convert qualified leads and achieve sales targets.
•⁠ ⁠Maintain lead records and follow-ups in the CRM.
•⁠ ⁠Conduct webinars and seminars.
•⁠ ⁠Handle candidate queries and objections professionally.
•⁠ ⁠Create basic sales/educational content under the guidance of the marketing team.
•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the marketing team to support lead generation and conversions.

Requirements
•⁠ ⁠1-3+ years of sales/business development experience.
•⁠ ⁠Robust communication and presentation skills.
•⁠ ⁠Confident speaking with individuals and groups.
•⁠ ⁠Target-oriented and comfortable with sales pressure.
•⁠ ⁠Comfortable appearing on camera and creating basic content.
•⁠ ⁠Experience in education, recruitment, international careers or a similar field is a plus.
