Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Senior Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, generating qualified leads,



and building strong relationships with prospective learners and institutional partners. The Senior Business Development Executive will conduct consultations to understand learner needs, present suitable programs, and manage the end-to-end admissions or enrollment process. Daily responsibilities include follow-ups via calls and emails, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems, coordinating with internal teams to ensure a smooth learner experience, and meeting or exceeding sales and revenue targets. The role also requires monitoring market trends, providing feedback to improve offerings, and representing Hike Education in events or outreach initiatives as needed.
