About the Opportunity
TajSATS brings together hospitality, culinary expertise and aviation-focused food solutions in a dynamic, multi-unit business environment. We are looking for an accomplished finance professional to join us as Director of Finance – Bengaluru. In this leadership role, you will partner with the General Manager and senior leadership team to shape financial strategy, strengthen governance and translate financial data into meaningful business decisions.
The role provides an chance to influence profitability, improve financial and operational efficiency, strengthen controls and build a capable, future-ready finance team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and performance management for the business.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements, variance analyses, management reports and key performance indicators.
• Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop financial strategies supporting revenue growth, cost optimisation and operational efficiency.
• Monitor cash-flow projections and liquidity requirements, optimise the use of cash resources and ensure adequate funding for business operations.
• Drive cost-control initiatives while maintaining operational and service-quality requirements.
• Lead account reconciliations, balance-sheet reviews and weekly and monthly financial reporting.
• Ensure consistent implementation of the company’s accounting policies, controls and financial processes.
• Maintain compliance with applicable taxation, commercial, statutory, regulatory and audit requirements.
• Strengthen internal controls, financial governance and risk-management practices.
• Evaluate commercial proposals and provide financial insights to support informed business decisions.
