This role sits at the intersection of generative AI, video storytelling, social trends, and platform-native content creation. You will blend AI-powered production workflows with sharp editing instincts to rapidly conceptualize, create, and optimize content that feels native to today’s digital landscape. Key Responsibilities

• Rapid Conceptualization & Trend-Jacking

• Turn briefs into compelling visual concepts quickly and effectively
• Monitor social platforms daily to identify emerging trends, viral sounds, memes, and cultural moments
• Develop platform-native scripts and content ideas in English and use AI for other languages as required




• Adapt trends into brand-relevant storytelling at high speed without losing authenticity

2. AI-Powered Video Production & Editing
• Leverage generative AI tools to accelerate ideation, production, and post-production workflows
• Edit raw footage and AI-generated assets into polished, engaging, platform-ready videos
• Refine pacing, transitions, hooks, subtitles, motion, and sound design for maximum engagement
• Continuously explore and test new AI production capabilities and workflows

3. High-Volume Content Velocity
• Maintain a rapid production cadence with multiple high-quality video outputs weekly
• Deliver content efficiently under tight deadlines while maintaining solid creative standards
• Balance speed, creativity, and execution quality across fast-moving campaign needs
