Role Description The Information Technology Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Anand. This position is responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring system performance, managing hardware and software assets, and ensuring secure and reliable connectivity across the organization. The role involves providing technical support to internal users, resolving IT incidents, coordinating troubleshooting efforts, and maintaining network infrastructure and related services.



The IT Executive will collaborate with management and engineering teams to align IT systems with business needs, implement best practices in information security, and support ongoing technology upgrades and improvements.
Qualifications

• Strong Information Technology and IT Operations skills to manage daily systems, infrastructure, and security needs.
• Proficiency in Network Administration and related tools to maintain reliable connectivity and performance.
• Hands-on Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and user issues.
• Experience with system monitoring, backup and recovery, and basic cybersecurity practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Anand and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
