Most brand content moves. Very little of it moves people. Feeds are full of the same templates, the same transitions and the same AI videos that all look like they came from one prompt. We’re looking for someone who finds that boring and wants to do better: someone who can take a static logo, a product or a plain idea and make it move in a way people actually stop for, whether that means keyframes, a 3D render or an AI-generated scene. You don’t need a long CV. You need a showreel that makes us hit replay. If you think in keyframes, lighting setups and prompts, this one is for you.
About Idea Simplified
Idea Simplified is a Mumbai-based experiential IP Creation & brand consulting agency. We help brands work out what they stand for, simplify how they say it and build the strategy and content that gets them noticed.
Our work is about clarity: sharper positioning, stronger stories and communication that lands. Motion, 3D and AI video are how we make that clarity impossible to scroll past, and that’s where you come in.
This is for you if:
→ You’ve paused a Reel just to work out how a transition was done
→ You care about easing curves the way other people care about fonts
→ You can make a product look premium with light, texture and camera movement
→ You’ve spent hours getting one AI shot exactly right, and enjoyed it
→ You know where AI speeds up the work and where real craft has to take over
→ You keep a folder of personal experiments nobody asked you to make
This is not for you if:
→ Every project you make starts with the same preset
→ You think AI video means typing one prompt and exporting whatever comes out
→ You think motion is decoration, not storytelling
→ Feedback and revisions feel like personal attacks
→ You struggle to finish work on deadline
→ Render time (or generation time) is your excuse for everything
