FleekERP is building a contemporary manufacturing operations platform combining ERP and MES to help manufacturers improve production visibility, operational efficiency, quality, and business control.
We are looking for a proactive, customer-focused professional who can drive business development, manage the complete sales cycle, and support brand marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify and engage manufacturing companies and potential customers.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and networking.
• Connect with business owners, plant heads, production managers, and decision-makers.

2. Sales & Deal Closure
• Understand customer requirements and manufacturing challenges.
• Present FleekERP’s ERP + MES solutions and coordinate product demonstrations.
• Manage follow-ups, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management
• Maintain relationships with prospects and existing customers.
• Coordinate with internal teams for customer onboarding and support.
• Identify opportunities for referrals, renewals, and business growth.

4. Brand Marketing & Social Media
• Support brand-building activities across LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
• Coordinate social media content, product updates, and marketing campaigns.
• Contribute to lead-generation initiatives and brand visibility.

5. Field Sales & Industry Engagement
• Conduct direct customer visits and factory meetings.
• Participate in manufacturing exhibitions, trade fairs, and industry events.
• Build relationships with industry associations, consultants, and potential business partners.

Requirements
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or software sales preferred.
