Role Description The Business Development Specialist role is a full-time, in office position based in Bengaluru South. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, including partnerships with educational institutions, companies, and other stakeholders in the ed-tech ecosystem. The specialist will conduct market research, generate and qualify leads, manage pipelines, and support the development of strategies to expand Mindenious’s reach. Daily responsibilities include engaging with prospective clients,



presenting platform offerings, maintaining strong customer relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to refine services. The role also requires tracking performance metrics, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of business development processes.
