Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales Manager – Rooms role based at The Den Bengaluru. The Sales Manager – Rooms is responsible for driving room revenue by identifying, developing, and maintaining relationships with corporate, leisure, and group clients.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, conducting sales calls and site inspections, preparing proposals and contracts, and negotiating rates and packages. The role also involves collaborating closely with revenue management, front office, and events teams to optimize room inventory, support key accounts, and ensure a seamless guest experience. The Sales Manager – Rooms will track performance against targets, prepare regular sales reports, and represent the hotel at industry events and networking opportunities.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and account management skills, including lead generation, client relationship building, and negotiation.
• Experience in room revenue management, including rate strategy, forecasting, and reporting for hotel or hospitality businesses.
