Roles and Responsibilities
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and maintain strong professional relationships.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and timely completion of client requirements.
• Understand client concerns, respond to queries, and provide appropriate solutions.
• Assist clients with routine questions related to accounts, taxation, documentation, and compliance services.
• Track pending tasks, client requirements, and deadlines to ensure timely follow-ups.




• Keep clients informed about progress and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues.

Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in client handling, customer relationship management, or a similar role.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to handle client objections professionally.
• Basic understanding of legal documentation, taxation, and compliance requirements.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Zoho CRM or Salesforce.
