Role Overview:
5paisa is looking for a results-driven CleverTap Campaign Execution Specialist to manage and execute customer engagement campaigns across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building user segments, creating automated customer journeys, executing lifecycle campaigns, and optimizing campaign performance to improve customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue.
Responsibilities
• Execute campaigns using CleverTap across Push Notifications, Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and In-App channels.
• Create and manage user segments based on customer behaviour, demographics, and lifecycle stages.
• Build and optimize automated customer journeys and trigger-based campaigns.
• Coordinate campaign calendars and ensure timely execution.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyse KPIs such as delivery, open rate, CTR, conversion, retention, and revenue.
• Generate campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accurate event tracking, user properties, and campaign configurations.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Technology teams to implement growth strategies.
• Maintain campaign quality, compliance, and data accuracy while following best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree
• 2–5 years of experience in Campaign management or lifecycle marketing.
• Hands-on experience with CleverTap campaign execution and customer journey automation.
• Solid understanding of customer segmentation and behavioural targeting.
