Ado Additives® Technologies Ltd. (ATPL Group) is expanding its leadership team and is looking for a high-calibre Sales & Business Development professional to drive our next phase of growth in the Construction Chemicals industry.
This is not a conventional sales role.
We are looking for someone who can build markets, develop strategic accounts, open current business opportunities and create long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the construction ecosystem.

The RoleSenior Sales & Business Development – Construction Chemicals
You will be responsible for:
• Developing and executing regional/national sales strategies
• Building business across Concrete Admixtures, Curing Compounds, Corrosion Protection, Waterproofing and allied Construction Chemicals
• Developing relationships with EPCs, contractors, consultants, infrastructure companies, RMCs and government-linked projects
• Identifying and converting new business opportunities and large projects
• Building and managing a high-value project pipeline




• Expanding existing key accounts while developing new strategic customers
• Working closely with our technical, R&D; and product development teams to create solutions for market requirements
• Strengthening our presence across major infrastructure segments including Metro, Rail, Roads, Airports, Tunnelling and large-scale construction projects
• Leading market development initiatives and building a strong sales team as the business scales

Who We're Looking ForWe are particularly interested in professionals with experience in Construction Chemicals / Building Materials / Concrete Technology who have a strong understanding of the Indian infrastructure and construction ecosystem.
Ideal candidates would have experience with leading organisations in the industry.
