Role Description The Placement Officer is a full-time, in office role based at GGI in Khanna. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with corporate recruiters, organizing campus placement drives, and coordinating internship and job opportunities for students. The Placement Officer will support learners through career counseling, resume and interview preparation, and employability skills training. Daily responsibilities include liaising with academic departments,



tracking placement statistics, conducting pre-placement talks and workshops, and ensuring a smooth placement process that aligns with institutional goals and industry expectations.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Campus Placement activities, including coordinating recruitment drives and employer engagement.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with students, faculty, and industry partners.
• Candidates should possess skills in Career Counseling to guide students on job roles, career paths, and higher education options.
• Candidates should possess Training and Education-related skills to conduct workshops, soft skills sessions, and employability programs.
• Relevant experience in placement, talent acquisition, corporate relations, or student affairs is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Management, Education
