Role Description The Event Manager role at Aareana Production is a full-time, on-site position based in Saket. The Event Manager is responsible for end-to-end event planning and execution, including understanding client requirements, developing event concepts, and creating detailed project plans and timelines. Daily tasks include coordinating with vendors, managing budgets, overseeing logistics, and ensuring all technical and creative elements are delivered on time and to specification. The role involves conducting site visits,



supervising event setup and teardown, and addressing on-the-spot issues to maintain smooth operations. The Event Manager will also collaborate closely with internal teams, manage client communication, and provide post-event reports and feedback to support continuous improvement.

• Experience coordinating vendors, venue partners, and external service providers for weddings, corporate, and social events.
