Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based at Davaindia Generic Pharmacy in Kochi. The Administrative Assistant will handle day-to-day office operations, including managing correspondence,



answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and maintaining records and filing systems. The role involves supporting executives with administrative tasks, preparing basic reports and documentation, and coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders when required. The Administrative Assistant will also assist with inventory-related documentation, data entry, and other clerical duties to ensure smooth store and office functioning. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced retail healthcare setting.
