Qualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering
Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Production professional to manage shop-floor operations, achieve production targets, improve productivity, and optimize manpower and resources.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and execute daily/monthly production targets.
• Ensure smooth production operations and effective line balancing.
• Monitor and improve production efficiency and productivity.
• Manage and allocate manpower as per production requirements.
• Drive process optimization and continuous improvement.
• Control rework, rejection and production losses.
• Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S and Kaizen initiatives.
• Optimize utilization of manpower, machines and other resources.
• Monitor and control overtime and production costs.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Maintenance and other departments.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety and quality standards.
